Consultation Terms

 

By booking a consultation, clients agree to the following terms:

Once a client has successfully booked a consultation (including payment), a confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered by the client in the booking application. If you do not see the email in your INBOX, make sure you check your SPAM FOLDER!

If clients do not receive a confirmation email, they need to contact the site admin immediately at [email protected].

Confirmation emails indicate the TYPE of consultation appointment that was booked, as well as the DATE, TIME, and LINK to be used to access the Zoom Session.

ALL consultations are conducted via Zoom and are limited to 40 minutes per scheduled consultation session. It is the clients responsibility to insure that they have the necessary communications equipment and access to be able to join a Zoom conferencing session. Clients can visit Zoom for requirements at zoom.us.

 

CLIENT NO SHOWS, CANCELATIONS, RESCHEDULING, & REFUNDS

CLIENT NO SHOWS are defined as those instances when a client has not successfully joined the Zoom session by 5 minutes after the scheduled start time!

  • The service provider has the discretion to remain connected to the Zoom session beyond the 5 minute grace period, but is NOT required to wait on a client beyond the grace period.
  • Once a client has been considered a NO SHOW, they can choose one of the following option, which has to be communicated to the site admin at [email protected].
  • Option 1: Rescheduling the consultation. This option will incur a $15 NO SHOW fee. This fee is required to be paid prior to rescheduling the consultation. The site admin will send an email to the client with a payment link before the new booking is added to the calendar.
  • Option 2: Cancel the consultation. This option will incur a $15 cancelation fee. Clients will be refunded the paid consultation fee minus payment processing fees and minus the $15 cancelation fee.

CANCELATIONS can be initiated by clients at any time by emailing the site admin at [email protected].

  • Cancelation means that the client, for whatever reason, no longer wants to receive a consultation. If a client wants to alter the date and/or time of their currently scheduled consultation, see the RESCHEDULING information below.
  • Cancelations received less than or equal to 12 hours prior to consultation start time will incur a $15 cancelation fee. Clients will be refunded the paid consultation fee minus payment processing fees and minus the $15 cancelation fee.

RESCHEDULING requests can be submitted by contacting the site admin at [email protected].

  • Rescheduling means that the client, for whatever reason, desires to change the date and/or time of their currently scheduled consultation.
  • Rescheduling requests received less than or equal to 24 hours prior to the currently scheduled consultation start time will not be accommodated. Instead, clients will be refunded the paid consultation fee minus payment processing fees and minus the $5 cancelation fee. Clients may then book a new consultation using the booking application.

REFUNDS will not be given after services have been provided.

The time to receive partial refunds indicated in the above sections are subject to the payment processor's operating procedures, which may be 5 to 10 business days after the refund has been generated by BriyumbaCongo.com!
